Quebec’s own country crooner, Allison Daniels, has just dropped the official music video for her heartfelt single “We Both Know.” Directed by the talented Stephano Barberis, the visually stunning video captures the essence of love at first sight.
The narrative of the music video unfolds with two strangers crossing paths and quickly finding themselves drawn into a whirlwind romance. Set against the backdrop of Daniels’ moving ballad, co-written by herself alongside Ryan Stewart and Tavish Crowe, the video offers a poignant portrayal of the vulnerability that accompanies falling deeply for someone.
“Working with Stephano was a natural choice for me. His creative vision and attention to detail perfectly match the essence of the ‘We Both Know’ music video. Collaborating with him allowed us to bring the story to life in a way that truly captured its emotional depth and authenticity,” shares Allison Daniels, reflecting on her collaboration with the director.

In addition to earning recognition on iHeart Radio’s Future Star program, “We Both Know” has ascended to the top of Stingray Music’s New Country Channel as the trending track for the months of March and April, cementing Daniels’ status as a rising star in the country music scene.
Born and raised in Quebec, Allison Daniels is no stranger to the world of music, having inherited her passion from her musician father. Starting her journey with guitar lessons and songwriting at the tender age of 11, Daniels gradually honed her craft, eventually making music her livelihood.
Her dedication has yielded remarkable opportunities, including sharing the stage with country icon Keith Urban at the Festival d’été de Québec in 2015 and reaching the quarter-finals of La Voix in 2020. Opening for Canadian country sensation Tim Hicks further solidified Daniels’ presence in the industry.
Rooted in her love for country music, Daniels draws inspiration from a diverse array of artists, from Carrie Underwood to Eric Church and Chris Stapleton. Infusing her sound with elements of blues and rock, reminiscent of acts like Greta Van Fleet, Daniels brings a bold audacity both on stage and in the studio, carving her own unique niche in the genre.
