How to avoid OSHEAGA 2024 FOMO

Will you suffer from OSHEAGA 2024 FOMO?

What are some of the symptoms of Osheaga FOMO?

  • You missed out on one of the largest gatherings of single people on the island of Montreal.  Beautiful people everywhere!
  • You didn’t enjoy past heroes performing classic or emerging artists you missed before their rocket ship to fame took off.
  • You opted out of unleashing the fashion icon you are by creating the perfect outfit.
  • You didn’t get to hang out with your friends, while listening to the hottest bands.
  • You didn’t dance like no one is watching.
  • You didn’t try late night food truck culinary delights.

This is 100% preventable!  Head over to the Osheaga Websites and get your tickets while you still can!  Click here for tickets.

Phew.  Do you feel better now?  There is just something magical about being on a man-made island transformed into a musical paradise for 1 week-end a year.

Friday Highlights

For fans of Portlandia and great music, get there early enough to catch Sleater-Kinney
Coors Light Mountain Stage 4:40 to 5:25PM

It would be a hard choice between Arlo Parks and Two Door Cinema Club.  After seeing this footage, I think I would lean towards TDCC.  These are the Osheaga hard choices.
Bell River Stage 5:25 – 6:15 PM

Fans of The XX will want to head over to the Coca-Cola stage for Romy.
7:00 – 8:00 PM

Having experienced ALIAS at FME last summer, I highly suggest Les Sessions SiriusXM stage for some high energy 7:30 to 8:00 PM

I’ve always liked Melanie Martinez’s quirky pop, but this might get weird…and that’s OK.
Coors Light Mountain Stage 7:55 to 9:25 PM

Likely end the night with Noah Kahan on the Bell River stage.
9:25 to 10:55 PM

Saturday Highlights

Chill and funky start with New West on the Bell River Stage.  That first big stage band is always a band to look out for.
2:00 – 2:45 PM

Not to be missed is the “phenomena” of the Linda Lindas.  Punk with a 50’s vibe.
Belair Direct Valley Stage 2:40 -3:20 PM

Can’t miss DVTR who put on an explosive show at FME last summer.
Les Sessions SiriusXM 4:00 – 4:30 PM

The Mosh pit will come alive with legends of punk Rancid.
Bell River Stage 5:05 – 5:55 PM

Brittany Howard will grace with a fantastic voice at the Green Stage.
6:15 – 7:00 PM.

The Smashing Pumpkins with their new talented guitarist picked from social media will hit the stage running with what is sure to the be the highlight of Saturday.
Coors Light Mountain Stage 7:45 – 8:45 PM

Looking forward to some classics like Today, Bullet With Butterfly Wings, Zero…it’s going to Cherub Rock!

Sunday Highlights

I only heard good things about The Blue Stones.  Coors Light Mountain Stage
2:00 – 2:40 PM

The Shoegaze sounds of DIIV under the sun (let’s hope) will be amazing.
Green Stage 4:15 – 5:00 PM

High energy from Amyl and The Sniffers is not to be missed at the Belair Direct Valley Stage.
5:00 – 5:45 PM

This band is Alvvays great to see live.
Coors Light Mountain Stage 6:20 – 7:10 PM

Still Woozy will sway the Bell River Stage.
7:10 – 8:00 PM

Run to the Belair Direct Valley Stage to catch Jungle who always put on a great show.
8:15 – 9:15

I would end the party with Justice at the Green Stage.
9:15 – 10:30 PM

Conclusion

Whatever your choice, Osheaga has enough variety for everyone. There is quite a bit of walking if you want to hit all the stages, but sometimes, it’s the effort that makes it even better.

Don’t get left out of the biggest music party of the summer.
