Megadeth and Lamb of God are teaming up for a massive co-headlining North American tour later this year and will play Laval’s Place Bell on October 1.

The tour will also boast opening sets from Trivium and Hatebreed

Speaking on the epic announcement, Megadeth’s leader and frontman, Dave Mustaine says, Can you hear that sound of armies on the march – of destruction on the horizon? That’s this tour, coming for you. We cannot wait to return to the stage and I promise you you do NOT want to miss these shows. You’re not going to know what hit you!”

Tickets are on sale now via Evenko. VIP packages for all four artists on the tour will also be available.

The tour marks Megadeth’s first North American run since 2017 and follows frontman Dave Mustaine’s diagnosis and recovery from throat cancer. Mustaine said he underwent 51 radiation treatments and nine chemotherapy treatments but has since been ruled “100 per cent” cancer-free.

Commenting on their upcoming co-headline run, Mark Morton, lead guitarist of LAMB OF GOD, adds, “The world has never needed heavy more than it does today and top to bottom, this tour delivers! LAMB OF GOD has toured with and been friends with all of these bands for years, but for all of us to be on the same bill is something extra special. Come early and stay late. This is THE metal tour of the year.”

Trivium’s Matt Heafy adds, “We are happy to be a part of the biggest real metal tour of the year. This tour is the main event and represents heavy metal and the culture that goes with it.“
