Dublin’s Fontaines D.C. are making their way back to Montreal on October 12, 2024, to play at MTELUS. Support will come from Been Stellar.
It’s been a minute since they graced our stages, with their last Montreal gig back in September 2023 when they opened for Arctic Monkeys.
They also headlined at the Corona Theatre in May 2022, following their Montreal debut at Osheaga in August 2019.
The band’s new album, ROMANCE, drops on August 23, and we’ve already got a taste with the release of the single “Starburster” in April. It’s got that signature Fontaines D.C. edge but with a twist, and draws from personal experiences, including lead singer Grian Chatten’s panic attack at St Pancras station in London.
