David Loach is old enough to remember being enthralled by the contents of CD covers, album art, and shiny foil prints. However, he is also young enough to only recall making about 1 or 2 legit mix-tapes. He was listening to Modest Mouse on WinAmp before it was cool.
Sometime after falling asleep to Pink Floyd's heart-beat start of 'Breathe' on a SONY anti-skip Discman, the mysterious properties of rock music left a permanent impression on his young impressionable & soft skull. Between the Doors CDs, Quake.exe + IV.mp3, Sunday afternoons on Q107 and downloading LimeWire ACDC compilations, the passion only grew. First concert was Iggy at the Warehouse in Toronto. It's been a blast ever since.
