Australian deathcore merchants Thy Art Is Murder today released their latest album, Godlike, after delaying the release date by one week. It turns out with good reason.
After he shared transphobic comments recently, followed by a weak apology, the remaining members have parted ways with vocalist CJ McMahon and completely re-recorded the vocals for the album with a new vocalist, rumoured to be Aversions Crown frontman Tyler Miller.
Vinyl and CD will still feature CJ’s performances, as they were already in production when the decision was made to replace him.
