Ryan Adams is recording a covers album of Taylor Swift’s recent record ‘1989’, and, when she heard the news, Taylor tweeted “I’m going to celebrate today every year as a holiday”.
The pop singer released ‘1989’ last October, which included the massive hit singles Shake It Off, Style, Blank Space and ‘Bad Blood’.
Adams revealed the news of his surprise project on Twitter, later sharing a snippet of his ‘Welcome To New York’ cover via Instagram.
Upon hearing the news, Swift stated that she would “pass out”, later adding “I’m not gonna be able to sleep tonight or ever again”
