The Swedish indie-/electro-pop trio Miike Snow announced its North American tour, and it includes a show at Metropolis in Montreal on Monday 30th May.
The band is touring off its third studio album, “iii,” released back in March, which cracked the top 50 on the Billboard chart. It includes the single “Genghis Khan,” which has accumulated more than 20 million hits on Spotify.
Miike Snow comprises Christian Karlsson and Pontus Winnberg, known as the producing team Bloodshy & Avant, and singer Andrew Wyatt. The band formed in 2007 and released its debut album, “Miike Snow,” in 2009. That album reached No. 11 on the U.S. dance/electronic chart.
