Not every aspiring artist can claim that a superstar like Prince once gave a press conference in their tiny London flat!
But Lianne La Havas has been impressing influential people for quite a while now. It began with Paloma Faith, for whom she sang backing vocals in 2010, and culminated with Prince in her home in 2014. She also featured on his track, Clouds.
Next week the 26 year old brings her sublime mix of soul and folk music to Montreal’s Virgin Mobile Corona Theatre. Tickets are priced just $33 in advance and can be purchased HERE. The new album, Blood, is out now.
