Beloved Bar Le Ritz was the place to be on Sunday night for pure Punk Garage Rock with the perfect blend of modern Psychedelia.
The moment I walked inside, I knew we were in store for an exciting show. The dead giveaway was the cluster of anxious fans waiting to get in, as well as the UV lights on stage that hinted at a dance party.
At the same time Mother Nature delivered rain outside, the show began, and the crowd immediately erupted into cheers.

Bassist Nikki had stunning orange eye makeup, and out head banged everyone with her iconic electric green hair, both glowing under the UV lights.
I could not resist picking up some of the $1 glowing vinyl stickers which made those of us in the audience part of the night’s ambiance.
I loved feeling like I was at a Punk Rock Disco…what a mix…as the dazzling disco ball projected from the heart of the venue and ecstatic fans vibed and cheered.

Although their most notable song “Thinking About You” wasn’t played, others such as “Dracula Drug”, “Reaper”, and “Cocaine Dream” got the mosh pit well lit and it remained that way for the rest of the night.
Hungry for more, the fans insisted on an encore which consisted in “Weird Dawg”, “Electricity” and “Tea.”

Final Thoughts
Throughout the night, I felt a sense of safety and togetherness which felt almost spiritual. That is the Psychedelic Rock twist that each band member uniquely blends into the songs we all know and love.
Every song played were mosh pit ragers that had every single one of us on our feet till the end, and in desperate need of a shower.
