Cannibal Corpse + Thy Art Is Murder @ Mtelus

Death metal legends Cannibal Corpse stopped by MTelus in Montreal this weekend and brought Australian deathcore giants Thy Art Is Murder and Perdition Temple along for a night of brutality.

Cannibal Corpse recently came off a stint opening for Slayer on the extreme thrash band’s final tour. After sharing the stage with Slayer, Lamb of God and Amon Amarth for an epic run of dates, the band were ready to take the headlining position for this run of shows.

Thy Art Is Murder released their fifth studio album, Human Target, in July, peaking at No. 11 on the Australian Top Albums chart. Perdition Temple’s latest album, The Tempter’s Victorious, was released in 2015, but the blackened death metal act put out a split EP, Tribute to Blasphemy, last year.
