November in Montreal runs from arena dates to rooms that hold a few hundred people. Doja Cat brings the Tour Ma Vie World Tour to the Bell Centre, while DJ Snake and Trivium each headline Place Bell in Laval. At the other end of the scale, mary in the junkyard and The Darcys play Petit Campus, James Ivy heads to La Sotterenea, and Protomartyr, caroline and Ho99o9 all pass through Foufounes Electriques.
The month leans heavy, with Slaughter to Prevail and Whitechapel at MTelus, Suicide Silence at Club Soda and Korpiklaani at Fairmount Theatre. Montreal’s own Magi Merlin plays Foufounes Electriques on 26 November, following the July release of her debut album. Six nights carry two shows each, and the month’s listings close on Friday 27 November with Doja Cat and Korpiklaani.
