Nu metal pioneers Korn have announced an eight-city Canadian tour scheduled to run from mid-September through early October 2025. The aptly titled “Korn: Kanada” tour will traverse the country from Quebec City to Vancouver, with Toronto notably absent from the itinerary following the band’s performance there last September.
French progressive metal outfit Gojira and British alternative metal act Loathe will join as supporting acts for all dates on the tour, which begins September 17 at Ottawa’s Canadian Tire Centre and stops in Montreal on the 20th.
The cross-country trek marks Korn’s most extensive Canadian run in several years. Their last Montreal appearance was at the Bell Centre in January 2020, just before pandemic restrictions halted live performances globally.
Presale tickets become available tomorrow (March 25) at 10 a.m. local time, with general sales beginning Friday at the same hour.

The tour comes amid speculation about potential new material from Korn, whose last studio album, “Requiem,” was released in 2022. The band has maintained a relatively stable lineup throughout their three-decade career, with four original members still active: vocalist Jonathan Davis, guitarists James “Munky” Shaffer and Brian “Head” Welch, and bassist Reginald “Fieldy” Arvizu. Drummer Ray Luzier joined in 2008.
For support act Gojira, the tour follows what has already been a landmark year. The band recently secured a Grammy Award for Best Metal Performance with their single “Mea Culpa (Ah! Ça ira!)” and made history as the first metal act to perform at the Olympic Games during the 2024 Paris Opening Ceremony.
Gojira have been rumoured to be working on new music at a studio in Quebec.
