Caspian‘s music may be cinematic and grandiose but, incredibly, the Massachusetts-based instrumental post-rock band has never released an official video in their 13 year career.
Until now.
The video for Arcs Of Command was worth waiting for too. Check out the almost nine minute long clip from their latest album, last year’s Dust and Disquiet.
“We received a lot of great treatments, but connected with this one because it reminded us of how ‘epic’ a childhood game of make-believe could feel,” writes Caspian on Facebook. “A big thank you to the kids who spent a few cold weekends running around the woods of rural Indiana.”
Watch the video, and take note: though currently on tour in Europe, Caspian return to North America this fall for a 22-date tour with The Appleseed Cast. The tour concludes at Montreal’s Bar le “RITZ” P.D.B. on Saturday, November 19th.
