For Alissa Klug (drums/vocals) and Brendan Albert (guitar/vocals), their purpose is to rock our socks off. One could easily imagine people leaving their gigs in bare feet.
Testify, the latest song/video from the Toronto duo Queens & Kings, is about finding your true purpose or calling in life, and pursuing it with conviction.
While many things are a gamble in life, the song encourages us to “testify” or affirm our goals. This can be vocal, as some who practice affirmations understand the power of vocalizing dreams.
Others testify by their life course, going all in, which is something Queens and Kings do daily.
The band will soon release their album, but until then, enjoy this 4th single.
